2023 Annual CX Auto Summit Summary

As generative AI and ChatGPT have become household terms, our team has been fielding increasing questions regarding how AI works and the advantages for the automotive industry. Impel’s Vice President of Sales Art Dessein sat down to talk about next-level AI with various automotive industry leaders at the 2023 Annual CX Auto Summit. Art shared his insights on harnessing the power of AI to unlock productivity and operational efficiencies inside the dealership.

“The amount of productivity gained from every single employee at your dealership, that’s the game changer that we feel that we’re leaning heavily on. The more stores you have, the more value that brings to the organization.”
Arthur Dessein, Vice President of Sales
