The Storm Chaser Award is a quarterly employee recognition program in which peers nominate colleagues for work that exceeds expectations and goes above and beyond what’s required in their job description. Storm Chasers help enhance our culture, proactively seek solutions, and affect positive change within the company.
During a recent quarterly update, we announced the latest incredible nominees, featuring new and repeat candidates, who were recognized for work that goes above and beyond expectations. The nominations shared examples of how each employee lives out Impel’s values and spoke to each candidate’s dedication.
We’re excited to announce the winners of Impel’s most recent Storm Chaser Award: Nino Kezherashvili, Meeghan Mussington, and Kim Roberson! Check out our winners and the great things their peers had to say about each of them.
Nino Kezherashvili, Onboarding Team Lead
“Nino routinely works long hours so that there is as much overlap as possible between the U.S. and Tbilisi work schedules given the eight-hour time difference.”

When asked what being a Storm Chaser means to her, Nino said “To me, being a Storm Chaser means to be ready for problems, being selfless, supportive and ready to pivot. I’m profoundly honored to be named as a Storm Chaser among so many hardworking, passionate and motivated people. Thanks to the Georgian and U.S. team for finding me worthy to receive this award. It means a lot to me.”
Meeghan Mussington, Payroll Specialist
“Meeghan took the initiative to explore Paylocity to ensure we are getting the most out of the platform – finding ways to integrate the entirety of our hiring process into one space and identifying great training opportunities for our organization like unconscious bias videos.”

When asked what being a Storm Chaser means to her, Meeghan said “I am truly honored to be recognized as a Storm Chaser. My role here impacts all my colleagues and I want them to know that I am here to always help. Being nominated by my colleagues who I deeply respect is a great source of inspiration for me to continue to make a positive impact whenever I can.”

When asked what being a Storm Chaser means to her, Kim said “To be recognized as a Storm Chaser means so much to me! I’m surrounded by teammates with incredible energy, passion and grit, who make coming to work not feel like “work” at all. The collaboration and camaraderie at Impel is something I haven’t encountered at any other company. I find myself feeling genuinely excited about coming to work each day – I never thought I’d say that about a “job!” I feel so blessed to be a part of this awesome company and a member of Team Impel.”
