Kicking off NADA 2022 with Honors

What better way to kick off our new journey as Impel than to receive two Automotive Website Awards – and at the first in-person NADA show in two years, no less! Our Sales AI and VINtelligent CRM Retargeting products were recognized at the 2022 AWA Awards event at NADA in Las Vegas. It’s the sixth consecutive year we’ve been selected, and it’s still as exciting as the first.  

Our conversational AI solution, Sales AI, took top honors in the Sales Process category. Using proprietary Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, Sales AI’s engaging dialogue guides shoppers toward showroom appointments or live calls with your sales team. And because Sales AI integrates seamlessly with major CRM systems, it can automatically update lead information and set appointments, improving sales process productivity and efficiency.

Our VINtelligent Retargeting product was recognized in the Marketing Automation category. It’s simply the most effective and efficient way for dealers to bring customers back to the dealership, maximizing lifetime value and customer retention. The platform helps dealers extract greater value from their existing customer database with two solutions:

  • Service Retargeting: By analyzing dealership CRM data, our platform can identify customers based on service and sales history and deliver relevant and personalized service ads across the websites and social channels they visit most, driving customers directly to the dealership’s service pages and calendar to schedule appointments. 
  • Inventory Acquisition Retargeting: In today’s market, securing used car inventory is more critical than ever. Leveraging our data-driven retargeting engine, VINtelligent enables dealers to deliver targeted offers to in-market shoppers with the highest likelihood of a trade-in or vehicle sale.
